FIT STEPS CHAIR DANCE

RECOVERY CAFE
Date: Every Wednesday
Time: 3.30 pm – 5.30 pm
Venue: Evergreen Hall
The Recovery Cafe is open to anyone aged 16 and over and in recovery from substance use or who is supporting someone who is.
The cafe is run by people with lived experience.
Pop along for support, signposting and a bite to eat!

FREE JUNIOR TENNIS SESSIONS

For those aged 4 to 18 years, these sessions take place on Fridays and Saturdays.

ARTS AND CRAFTS FOR NEUROLOGICAL CONDITIONS
Date: Fortnightly on Fridays
Time: 1.00 – 2.30 pm
Venue: Denholm Church Hall
The Parkinsons Arts and Crafts group is open to those with other neurological conditions including those with mobility issues.
Class is free, and refreshments are provided.
Just turn up! You will be made very welcome.

GOWAAN KIDS CLUB FREE LEARN TO RIDE SESSIONS
Date: Saturdays and Sundays

Bikes and helmets provided, or bring your own.
For ages 3 to 16 years, these events take place every weekend from Saturday, August 15th to Sunday, September 6th.
